Although most of us would only like to revisit 2020 with a glimpse in the rearview mirror, we would be remiss to not acknowledge the collective herculean effort of our clients, associates, and vendors, to move an entire industry forward through challenges we never imagined this past year. As we enter 2021, we take this collective experience and align it with JSM’s core values to establish a new benchmark of service and best practices. We continue to embrace internal and external causes that allow our associates and community to benefit from our engagement and find ways to celebrate community as the “new normal” begins to present itself.
