A Traffic Manager for JSM’s Client Services team will be responsible for delivering proactive and efficient back-office support services. This position will be a key contributor in office administration, account processing, client services and quality.
A JSM Data Programmer Analyst (“DPA”) will be responsible for importing, transforming, validating, and integrating customer data in preparation of print production.
We are looking for candidates with a mechanical background who are eager to be trained in a new role. After training, a Production Technician for Jetson Specialty Marketing (JSM) will be responsible for keeping the production output optimized by maintaining seamless functioning of all equipment/machinery and fostering the operations team.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers’ expectations are appropriately aligned with operational capabilities and that the customer has a positive end-to-end experience. This position is a customer care role, which provides full-service account management.
